Please note that as Miss Crafty
products are individually handcrafted, there may be some
differences between each item. Where natural products
are used (i.e. dried flowers or leaves) there may be some
disparity between the colours. Where card, foam, paper
shapes and stickers are used, there may be slight variations
in the size, measurements and positioning as everything
is crafted and set by hand. These differences can be minimised
by ordering all of your stationery items at the same time. |

Miss Crafty will endeavour to meet the
exact specification as given by the customer when producing
their products. However, occasionally, due to reasons
beyond our control, materials used in samples sent out
to customers may need to be substituted with another material
of comparable or a higher quality. |

It is preferable that we receive all the
components of your final order at the same time. Miss
Crafty can then ensure design continuity throughout the
entire order. If additional items are added to the order
at a later stage, it is likely that these items will also
be made using the exact same materials as other items
within the order. However, Miss Crafty cannot guarantee
that this will be the case and cannot be held responsible
for any differences that may occur. |

50% of the total cost of the order is due
when placing your order with the remaining 50% due prior
to delivery. Personalised wedding stationery is printed
to meet your exact requirements and therefore cancellations
will have to be paid for in full. |

Once we have received your order, we will
send you a proof copy for your approval – you should
check the details carefully, making any amendments on
the proof (we are afraid that we are unable to accept
verbal amendments). |

Postage
and packing will be charged at a flat rate of £12.50
and all orders will be sent by post. |

Miss Crafty cannot accept any responsibility
for any goods lost in transit. |

Lead times for orders will be confirmed
when the order is placed. Generally we would suggest allowing
8 weeks before delivery however this could be longer during
our busiest time which is May – August. |

There is no minimum
order quantity. |

All stationery includes envelopes and
inserts. |
